最近、フィッシングメール（送信者を詐称したメールやSMSを送りつけ、貼り付けたリンクをクリックさせて偽のホームページに誘導することで、クレジットカード番号やアカウント情報（ユーザID、パスワードなど）などの重要な情報を盗み出す犯罪行為）による被害が、多く報道されております。

私どもの施設では、お客様の連絡手段として次の手段を使用しています。

・電話、FAX（施設の電話番号）

・メール（当館の代表メールアドレス）

・ご予約先（Booking.com,AGODA,Expedia,Trip.com）の機能を利用したッセージ送信

・公式SNS(Facebook,Instagram)

従業員が個人のアドレスを用いてメッセージ送信をすることは固く禁止しています。

また、SNSのDMに関しては利用しておりません。メッセージアプリ（Whatsapp,Line,Wechatなど）に関しても一切利用しておりません。

Recently, there have been many reports of damage caused by phishing emails (a criminal act of sending emails or SMS messages with a fake sender address, luring recipients to click on attached links and redirecting them to fake websites in order to steal important information such as credit card numbers and account information (user ID, password, etc.)).

Our facility uses the following methods to contact customers.

• Phone, fax (facility phone number)

• Email (official email address of the facility)

• Message sending via booking platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Trip.com)

• Official social media (Facebook, Instagram)

Employees are strictly prohibited from sending messages using personal email addresses.

Additionally, we do not use direct messages (DMs) on social media. We also do not use any messaging apps (WhatsApp, Line, WeChat, etc.).
