前身のTHE STAY OSAKA心斎橋（2019年開業）より引き継いできた、薄型マットレスに関して、各予約サイトの口コミでも、硬い、薄いといったご指摘が散見され、該当のマットレスの交換を本年計画しております。

すでに、男女共用ドミトリールーム、女性専用ドミトリールーム全ブースのマットレスが交換済となっております。

その他の、薄型マットレス導入の客室に関しては５月中の交換となります。

お客様のご指摘を受け止め、清潔、安全なくつろげる施設として、より良い施設づくりを心がけ、運営を引き続き努めて参ります。

Regarding the thin mattresses inherited from our predecessor establishment, THE STAY OSAKA Shinsaibashi (opened in 2019), we have noted comments on various booking sites describing them as firm or thin. We plan to replace these mattresses this year.

Mattresses have already been replaced in all booths within the mixed-gender dormitory rooms and the women-only dormitory rooms.

For other guest rooms featuring these thin mattresses, replacements will be completed during May.

We take our guests’ feedback seriously and remain committed to operating our establishment as a clean, safe, and comfortable facility, striving continually to enhance our services.
