Group Reservation Cancellation Policy

Group accommodations will generally follow the accommodation terms and conditions.

The penalty percentage is based on the standard accommodation fee (quoted price).

If the length of stay is shortened, a penalty fee equivalent to the first night’s stay will be charged, regardless of the number of days shortened.

For group reservations of 50 or more guests, if part of the reservation is canceled, no penalty fee will be charged for up to 10% of the reserved guests (rounded up if necessary), provided that the cancellation is made at least 20 days before the check-in date (or the booking acceptance date if the reservation was made less than 20 days in advance).

Team accommodations for tournaments or events will be treated as either group or general reservations, and the above penalty fees (cancellation policy) will apply.

For groups of 50 or more guests with a total accommodation fee exceeding 1 million yen, a 50% deposit must be paid in advance via bank transfer.
